International Volunteer Network of Chicago
Increasing Corporate Volunteerism Through Business Networking
Welcome!

Dear Friends,

Thank you for visiting our website!

We chartered the International Volunteer Network of Chicago in 2009 to stimulate networking and volunteer opportunities in and between Chicago's business community and its large international diplomatic community.

Not only so business professionals can increase their business and social network, but also so charitable organizations that do so much good both in Chicago and internationally can gain recognition and attract new volunteers and advocates.

To accomplish this objective, the International Volunteer Network of Chicago hosts a series of after work networking events highlighting various non-profit organizations. The first five of these have focused on Literacy, VolunTourism, Enabling the Disabled, Volunteering in the Arts and Education for Our Future respectively and have been very well received!

Our next event focused on Enviromental Volunteer Opportunities, will take place on Wednesday evening, September 5 at at the Penthouse Offices of Dirtt (325 N. Wells St.in Chicago). At this event Chicago based Consuls General, Trade Commissioners and business professionals will not only have a chance to network, but also learn more about the efforts of the select charitable organization(s) and how they can get actively involved and volunteer.
